How do I receive messages without messaging first?

At the moment, AI characters cannot initiate conversations on their own. To receive a message or continue an interaction, you'll need to start or resume the conversation by sending a message first.

We're aware that many users would enjoy having characters proactively reach out, and it's a feature the team may consider for future updates. For now, however, all conversations require user interaction to begin.
