Why does audio not work for a specific character?

If audio or voice features are not working for a specific character only, there are a few possible reasons for this:

• The character may temporarily not support voice features
• There could be a temporary glitch affecting that character
• The conversation may be stuck or partially corrupted
• Certain voice features may not yet be available for all characters or all accounts

Note: Since the video feature is still in beta, not all generated videos currently include audio.
