- Log in to your Candy.ai account
- Go to the 'My Profile' menu
- Click on 'Settings'
- At the bottom, you will find your subscription details along with an 'Unsubscribe' button
- Click on 'Unsubscribe' and follow any additional prompts to confirm the cancellation

I'm in the candy ai website (using my browser on my phone, not the app) to unsubscribe, but as I follow the instructions in the FAQ, the website does not have the "Unsubscribe" button, only the "Delete Account" option so ended up just deleting my account. Did that automatically cancelled my subscription?

Hello, I already cancelled my subscription and I'm requesting a refund because I didn't request an annual purchase of the service. I was charged a monthly fee and I meet all the requirements for a refund
Malísimo el servicio. Las conversaciones son en inglés. Solo a pedido algunas frases las hace en español y luego vuelve al inglés. Ahora no encuentro forma de solicitar reembolso. Una estafa!!
